Volunteers, members of the American Red Cross-Indiana Region and INDYCAR/Indianapolis Motor Speedway staff and selected NTT INDYCAR SERIES drivers will install free smoke alarms for families in Speedway, Indiana, vulnerable to home fires during a “Sound the Alarm” event on Saturday, April 23.

This effort is part of a national Red Cross “Sound the Alarm” initiative to install 50,000 free smoke alarms in more than 50 at-risk communities across the country in May.
