Departure
As you prepare to leave Indianapolis Motor Speedway, please be patient and note the following:
- To keep everyone safe, vehicles will not be released from IMS parking lots until pedestrian traffic allows for clear roadways. This can take up to an hour following the end of the Race.
- The Speedway and surrounding area is divided into four quadrants. As you leave the Speedway, you will be directed to the nearest interstate access based on the quadrant in which you are parked – not your intended destination. Find your parking spot on the available map and note where you will be directed.
- The IMS Team has worked with Google Maps, Waze and other navigation systems to adapt to these directions on Race Day to make this process even easier! Please follow the directions provided as they are designed to get you out and away from the Speedway as quickly and efficiently as possible. Road closures and restrictions are in place to help move traffic to the nearest interstate.

Free Parking
Free parking for Legends Day is located in the IMS infield in the 5th and Hulman Lot, the South Carousel Lot for motorcycles and the IMS Museum Lot for ADA parking. Enter through Gate 2 from 16th Street.
Paid Parking
Paid parking for Legends Day located in Lot 2 for $10. ADA parking is also available in Lot 2 for $10, while supplies last.

Miller Lite Carb Day

Free Parking
Limited free parking for Miller Lite Carb Day is located in Lot 7 (North 40) and Lot 7 (North 40) for ADA. Enter through Gate 10 from 30th Street. Free parking spaces fill quickly on Miller Lite Carb Day.
Paid Parking
Paid parking will be available at Lot 1B for $30. Lot 6A for $85. Gate 1 Lot, located next to Gate 1 off of Crawfordsville Road, is available for $100.
Paid ADA parking in Lot 2 and the Gate 1 Lot for $100. Paid motorcycle parking in the South Carousel Lot is pre-paid only, available at the IMS Ticket Office for $20.
