Premium Services

IMS defines Suites as a hospitality space with a view of the track from inside the space (Gasoline Alley, Hulman Terrace, Pagoda, Tower Terrace, VIP Turn 2). Hospitality is defined as a private space without a view of the track from inside of the space (Flag Rooms Legends Row, Pagoda Plaza).

Suite and Hospitality spaces will open when gates open and will close 1 hour after gates close or 1-hour post-checkered flag. (Worker tickets will provide gate entry one hour prior to public gates opening.)

The use of logo’s or marks always requires prior approval and are subject to the terms of your agreement. Please contact your Premium Sales or Client Services Representative to discuss.

No, this is not a service provided by IMS Premium Services. Suite or Hospitality ticket inventory should be distributed to your guests in advance and/or offsite before their arrival.

All premium spaces are given an allotment of parking that is distributed via the Suite holder or Hospitality client. On most days, parking is free in Turn 3; however, on days where parking is not free in Turn 3, guests without a reserved parking pass will have to secure parking offsite. Check IMS.com for all paid or complimentary parking options per day.

No. If guests parked in premium lots (N, Pagoda, Tower) wish to tailgate, they will have the option to relocate. Reach out to your Client Services Representative for clarification.

Suite or Hospitality tickets will allow you to enter through any public gate that is operational on a day we are open to the public. There are numerous gates around the facility. You can view open gates on the INDYCAR Grand Prix Map Hub, Indianapolis 500 Map Hub, or Brickyard 400 Map Hub. Check ims.com for limited gate openings on non-race days.

Yes, every individual will need a ticket to access all premium spaces. This policy applies even if the child can receive free gate admission. Handheld infants will not be checked for tickets at the checkpoint to the premium spaces, however guests are encouraged to check with their suite or hospitality host for admission policies to their respective location. Toddlers and small children (not handheld) will require a ticket to access all premium spaces.

All Suite locations have a view of the track from inside of the space and have reserved outdoor seating. Hospitality spaces do not have a view of the track but are paired with reserved grandstand seats on Race Days. On Non-Race days, Hospitality guests may watch track activity from any open general admission grandstand. You can view all grandstands on our Interactive Track Map.

Shirts, bottoms, and shoes are required for admission to all premium spaces. Admittance will be denied if clothing is considered offensive, disruptive, or unsuitable for any reason. All decisions from management are final. IMS prefers, but does not require, close-toed shoes and long pants.

While coolers are allowed in the facility, coolers will not be allowed in any premium spaces.

Food may be ordered through any of our approved caterers and all beverage must be ordered through Aramark Sports + Entertainment. No outside food or beverage or coolers are allowed in premium spaces. An initial food and beverage order should be placed per each caterer’s guidelines prior to your event. Day of phone numbers for on-site requests or concerns will be provided.

On dates other than May 24 (Carb Day) and May 26 (Indy 500 Race Day), guests can be dropped off at Lot 3P outside of Gate 2 across 16th Street. From there, guests can walk to and enter through Gate 2. For any visitors with pre-purchased bus parking passes, please go directly to your designated lot for drop-off.
