All credentialed media are subject to these policies. Failure to comply with the policies of Indianapolis Motor Speedway can result in loss of credential for the event and for future events at IMS.

1) Any changes to approved representatives must include the full name, assignment, e-mail address, date of birth and either last four digits of social security number; complete driver’s license number, with name of issuing state; or entire passport number with name of issuing country. You must also indicate who the new person is replacing. This must be emailed by only the assigning editor, producer or director to Media Credentials at mediacreds@brickyard.com.

2) If for any reason an individual or station cannot attend the 2025 IMSA TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks, please contact Media Credentials at mediacreds@brickyard.com to explain why credentials were not used.

3) Each individual is required to pick up his or her own credential, sign a liability waiver and provide valid photo identification.

4) All credentialed photographers are required to attend the photo meetings. Dates and times for those meetings will be posted in the media center and communicated via email. They are generally before any track activity begins.

5) Media members are expected to behave professionally at all times. False information given to obtain credentials and or the misuse of credentials will result in the suspension of that person’s credential and can affect further consideration. Credentials are a privilege. Misuse includes the following, but is not limited to: obtaining autographs or taking “selfies” of drivers, officials, media and celebrities for any use; transferring credentials; duplication of credentials.

6) Television and Radio credentials will not be released until the assigning editor, producer or director has completed and returned the required license agreement.

7) If granted media credentials to cover the 2025 IMSA TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks, future consideration for credentials will be based on proof of coverage for the event (online links, audio tape, video tape, etc.).
