PARTICIPATION IN THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Ticket holder, on behalf of yourself and all minors accompanying you, assumes all risk and danger; releases Indianapolis Motor Speedway, LLC (“IMS”), INDYCAR, LLC, SP Plus Corporation d/b/a SP+ Gameday, sponsors, each of their affiliates & all event participants (“Releasees”) from all claims, including negligence of any Releasee(s). Without limitation, the risk and danger assumed and claims released include all risk, danger and claims associated with injury, death, illness, and damaged, lost or stolen property.  Ticket holder assumes all risks associated with the purchase of a ticket from any third-party sources. This ticket is non-refundable, including for delays, cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the shuttle service. Any person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admittance to the shuttle. Acceptance and/or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and also the IMS terms of sale applicable to ticket purchases which may be reviewed here.

This optional add-on enables customers to offset the environmental footprint associated with their travel to the event. Penske Entertainment is working with the Shell GreenTrees carbon offset project to plant trees in the Mississippi Alluvial Valley. One offset purchased is equivalent to the average footprint of each order.
