Rev presented by Fifth Third Bank, Indiana University Health Foundation’s signature event on May 6, will feature a record 88 chefs from Central Indiana’s favorite restaurants.
To honor Rev’s 10th year as the kickoff to the Month of May at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, event goers will enjoy 18 more driver-inspired cuisine options than ever before.
“Today marks 100 days before Rev 10,” Rev Executive Director Carol Howard said. “So, just as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway celebrates 100 days until the Indianapolis 500 every year, we’ve decided to celebrate our 100-day point by announcing this expansion of our culinary program. We usually cap chef and restaurant participation at 70, but this year we’re making room for almost 20 more. Our guests love trying all of our unique food options, and this will give them even more flavors to experience.”
The addition of 18 chefs is another milestone for Rev 2023, which sold out in record time Dec. 1.
A full list of the chef and restaurant lineup for Rev may be viewed at revindy.org/chefs.
A few comments from some of Rev’s chefs are below.
More than 20 artists and entertainment acts will also perform throughout the event. Rev ends with a dance party on the racetrack’s famed Yard of Bricks start-finish line as a DJ plays music from the flag stand above the track.
Rev 2023 is sold out, but anyone who still wants to purchase a ticket may join a waitlist at revindy.org/attend. About 3,500 are expected to attend.
