Families are invited to enjoy a fun, exciting spring tradition featuring a special appearance by the Easter Bunny at the second annual Indianapolis Motor Speedway Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 7.
This free event, open to the public, will take place from 10-11:30 a.m. inside Turn 2 adjacent to the IMS Hall of Fame Museum. Children age 12 and younger can participate in the Easter Egg Hunt and also enjoy the Bounce House.
The Easter Egg Hunt will be conducted in age-specific areas with thousands of eggs containing candy available to participants. In addition, a raffle will take place at 11 a.m. featuring great prizes, including race tickets to the Indianapolis 500, Super Weekend at the Brickyard and Red Bull Indianapolis GP. The event will take place rain or shine.
The schedule:
10 a.m. – Registration Opens
10:30 a.m. – Easter Egg Hunt Begins
11 a.m. – Raffle
11:30 a.m. – Event Concludes
Kroger and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s Kids Club are co-hosts of the event.
The IMS Kids Club is an exclusive group where members get their very own “Kid-ential” and access to fun activities during IMS race weekends and throughout the year. Club members receive access to exclusive events, fun contests, cool prizes and special discounts. IMS Kids Club membership is not required for youngsters to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt.
Following the Easter Egg Hunt, participants and their families are encouraged to visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum, one of the most highly visible museums in the world devoted to motorsports.
