Through the IMS mobile app or IMS.com, you can access and manage your mobile tickets for easy entry at the gates.
What is "Linking Ticket Accounts" from the Mobile App? How do I link my IMS.com and Mobile App accounts?
Linking Ticket Accounts is a feature in the IMS Mobile app that allows you to add additional verified email addresses to consolidate all your digital tickets. For example, if you created an account in the Mobile App with an email address of firstname.lastname@example.org and you have tickets with your IMS.com account under the email address 2ndEmail@hotmail.com, you can add both emails in the app so all your tickets are accessible.
To link your emails, go to the Plan Ahead tab in the app, then select the Settings gear in the top right corner to pull up your Profile. Then select "Linking Ticket Accounts" and click the "Add ticket account email + " button. You will be prompted to enter an email address and then verify the new email entered. Once verified, your accounts are linked, and you should be able to view all digital tickets.

How do I get the IMS mobile app?
The free IMS mobile app (available for Apple or Android) can be downloaded from your mobile app store. Search for Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Do I have to download the IMS mobile app to access my mobile tickets?
While the IMS mobile app provides the easiest and most convenient solution to access your mobile tickets, you can always access your tickets by logging into your account at IMS.com while on your mobile device.
How do I manage my tickets if I am having issues with the IMS app?
You can always access and manage your tickets via your smartphone’s browser by going to IMS.com and logging in to your online IMS account.
Who can use mobile entry?
Mobile ticket entry use if for customers who select "digital tickets" as the delivery method during the purchase check out process.
What are the benefits of mobile entry?
Mobile ticketing is the safest, flexible and most convenient way to manage your tickets.
Mobile tickets provide:

- The ability to manage and transfer your tickets at any time.
- Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.
I did not receive the email for the mobile tickets I ordered. What do I do?
It takes approximately 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the provided email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive the email to access your mobile tickets. You can login to your online account to verify the provided email address.
I can’t view my mobile tickets. What do I do?
Please check your web browser. If you do not have cookies enabled or your web browser version is outdated, this could affect your ability to view your mobile tickets. You can also try a different web browser. Nearly all issues related to this can be resolved by updating your browser.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes! Once you select your event, you will be able to swipe left and right through your available tickets.
How far in advance can I access my digital tickets?
Access to your digital tickets will be delivered via email within 10 days of the scheduled event date.
Can I upgrade my mobile tickets?
Only the IMS customer of record may upgrade their mobile tickets at the IMS Ticket Office, located in the Administration Building, prior to entering the facility. If you have transferred your tickets or already entered the facility, we are unable to upgrade your tickets.
Can I print my parking pass?
Mobile tickets protect the integrity of your ticket and prevent fraud and counterfeit problems, therefore mobile parking passes cannot be printed. However, in some cases, parking passes will be eligible for digital delivery for the event weekend. Your parking pass can be accessed from your online account.
Infield parking is not eligible for digital delivery.
I selected mobile tickets as my delivery method, but now I want the souvenir ticket. How do I get one?
We are not able to exchange a mobile ticket for a souvenir ticket.
Can I still print my mobile tickets from home?
Mobile tickets protect the integrity of your ticket and prevent fraud and counterfeit problems, therefore mobile tickets cannot be printed.
Can I show you my ticket on my smartphone?
Yes, mobile tickets can be scanned via your smartphone.
I ordered tickets, but I cannot locate my mobile tickets or email. What should I do?
If you purchased the tickets using guest checkout, you must login with the temporary account information provided in your email order confirmation. After your transaction, you will receive two emails, including a temporary username and password. Please use that information to access your mobile tickets.
What if I need assistance accessing and using my mobile tickets leading up to and on race/event day?
Please contact the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (office hours extended during events) at 1-800-822-4639 or 317-492-6700, or you can email the ticket office at email@example.com for assistance. You may also visit the IMS Ticket Office located in the Administration Building at 4790 West 16th Street in Indianapolis, IN 46222. What is the cost for managing tickets online?
Managing tickets online is free. There are no costs to view or transfer your IMS mobile tickets.
