B Penthouse Indy 500

Tickets Eligible for IMS Marketplace Listing

  • Indianapolis 500 Race Day reserved seat ticket must be purchased from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office.
  • Before posting tickets for sale on the Official IMS Ticket Marketplace, all tickets must be paid in full.
  • Only Indianapolis 500 Race Day reserved seat tickets that have been purchased by or transferred to the seller’s account can be listed.
  • Digital tickets that are in a pending, transferred, canceled or resold transfer status cannot be listed for resale.
  • Complimentary tickets cannot be listed for resale.

Listings

  • The price floor is determined by IMS and is subject to change.
  • Each listing can only contain seats that are in the same stand and price. For example, if listing seats in J Stand in the top row ($100) and bottom row ($85), this would be two different listings because the face value of each seat is different.
  • Each listing must contain contiguous seats. For example, if a seller has five seats, they must select two seats that are next to each other, they are not allowed to select seats 1 and 5 in one listing even if they are the same product.
  • You may list a single seat.
  • Before your first listing on the IMS Marketplace can be activated, you must complete bank account information in your IMS.com account.
  • Listings are not guaranteed to sell.

Payouts

  • Seller will only be eligible to receive payouts.
  • Seller must complete Form W-9 when the total gross amount exceeds the federal threshold. Please view Form W-9 FAQs for more information.
  • Seller must return all paper tickets to the IMS Ticket Office as soon as possible, but no later than July 10, 2024. The tickets returned must be identifiable as the original tickets.
  • Payouts will begin within five to 10 days after the event and will process weekly thereafter as payout terms are met.
  • All applicable fees will be deducted from any payouts.

Renewals

  • The original IMS ticketholder retains the right to renew reserved seat tickets sold on the IMS Marketplace and will earn IMS seniority. Fans gain IMS seniority by purchasing tickets from IMS annually using the same IMS account.
  • IMS Marketplace buyers cannot renew tickets purchased on the Marketplace.

Listing on Multiple Platforms

  • If you sell your tickets on another platform, you must immediately delete your listing from the IMS Marketplace.
  • Your account is subject to IMS Ticket Office review and financial penalties if you sell your tickets on another platform in addition to the IMS Marketplace.
  • IMS Marketplace buyers are guaranteed to receive their tickets.
  • Failure to delete a listing sold on another platform will result in IMS taking the following actions:
    • Reissue the tickets listed for the buyer, which will invalidate the listed tickets.
    • IMS may charge your credit card to cover the cost of replacement tickets that will be provided to the buyer.
