Ticket Office Policies
Any person, regardless of age, must have a reserved seat ticket for admittance to seating areas.
Children 15 and Under
IMS has long been a family-friendly facility, offering free General Admission to all racing events for children 12 and under when accompanied by a paid adult. Starting this year, IMS will extend this offer to kids up to 15 years old, and will also introduce new grandstand family packages for several 2017 events.
Children 15 and under will receive free General Admission to any IMS event when accompanied by an adult General Admission ticket holder.
Upgrade Delivery Option
Premium shipping will be available as an option for $25 per order in addition to the processing fee for customers who wish to have tracking for their orders. Tracking information will be provided via email once the tickets have shipped from the IMS Ticket Office.
Transfer of Tickets
The IMS Ticket Office will consider a ticket transfer request from IMS ticket Account Holders only. One individual, identified as the Account Holder, may hold the status of account representative. Ticket Reprinting and Product Replacement Fee
Remember that event tickets/products should be treated like cash. If your tickets/products are lost or left at home, IMS Ticket Office will re-issue replacements for a $5 per item replacement fee once the original order has been confirmed*. Tickets/products can only be deemed lost by the person who is listed on the account as the original purchaser with a valid ID. Original tickets/products will be voided and cancelled.
*There is no guarantee that replacements will be granted. IMS reserves the right to refuse the replacement and re-printing of lost tickets/products at their discretion.
