Lights at the Brickyard

Lights at the Brickyard, the popular, drive-through holiday display that debuted last year at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will return from Nov. 17 through Dec. 30 this year with a longer route and over 2.5 million bright lights illuminating an expanded lineup of colorful displays. The Lights at the Brickyard course will expand to more than 2 miles from last year’s 1.7 mile layout. As in 2016, the route—which travels through the IMS infield and along the front stretch of the historic oval—will cross the world-famous Yard of Bricks start-finish line.

Pre-purchased tickets can be used on any of the following days:

Nightly Schedule
Sunday-Thursday 6-9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday is 6-10 p.m.

Standard lane: Standard lane prices are:
Monday-Wednesday: $25 per car
Thursday-Sunday: $30 per car.
Standard lane tickets are available at the gate and any Central Indiana Donatos location. They cannot be purchased in advance via IMS.com. The standard lane entrance is Gate 2, off of 16th Street.

The standard lane price for vehicles with 15+ passengers is $50 at all times.

All Snake Pit attendees must also hold a valid Indy 500 Race Day ticket. The Snake Pit is part of the Indy 500 Race Day activities. You cannot get in with just the Snake Pit wristband.

Beginning in 2018, all Snake Pit ticket holders must be 18 or older.

Everyone should be prepared to show proper identification to enter the concert area.

NASCAR - Lilly Diabetes 250 - Saturday

NASCAR weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway fires up with the XFINITY Series, featuring the sport’s upstarts battling against established stars. The 2016 event featured heat races to set the field in qualifying, a first for NASCAR that debuted in 2016 at four select tracks including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In 2015, Kyle Busch kicked off a double-win weekend at IMS by winning this race.

NASCAR - Big Machine Brickyard 400

The Brickyard isn’t just another stop on the NASCAR schedule. Points racing and Chase berths take a backseat for the weekend as drivers chase one of the series’ biggest titles and the chance to “Kiss the Bricks,” an IMS tradition across all races that started with champion Dale Jarrett at the 1996 Brickyard 400. Red Bull Air Race - Indianapolis
