The 99th Running of the Indianapolis 500 was held on Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The race saw the debut of the new aero kits from Chevrolet and Honda for the 2015 IndyCar Series season. 2000 Indy 500 champion Juan Pablo Montoya won the Indy 500 for the second time, holding off teammate Will Power to the finish line.
