Fans Can Print Tickets At Home; Special Packages For Races May 27-28

Indianapolis 500 fans can enjoy even more convenience by ordering their tickets online for Miller Lite Carb Day or Race Day and immediately printing them, the first time print-at-home tickets have been offered in the event’s history.
The print-at-home feature can be used for general admission tickets for Miller Lite Carb Day on Friday, May 27 and for reserved and general admission tickets for Race Day on Sunday, May 29. All tickets must be ordered online at www.imstix.com.
Fans using print-at-home tickets must enter IMS at Gates 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 or 10.
Print-at-home tickets are part of the enhanced fan experience for the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500. Other new features include free general admission for children 12 and under when accompanied by an adult purchasing a general admission ticket and a Junior Garage Credential granting Gasoline Alley access for fans age 9-17 when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
These new attractions join traditional fan enhancements such as Bronze Badge Gasoline Alley access and the ability to bring food and refreshments to the track in personal coolers.

Special ticket packages for Hoosier Hundred, Night Before the 500: Race fans can take advantage of three special ticket packages to see the rising stars of the Mazda Road to Indy on Friday, May 27 and Saturday, May 28 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis.
The Carb Day/Night Before the 500 package includes a ticket for Miller Lite Carb Day on Friday, May 27 at IMS, which includes the Firestone Freedom 100 for Firestone Indy Lights. It also includes a ticket for the Night Before the 500 on Saturday, May 28 at Lucas Oil Raceway, which includes races for The Cooper Tires presents the USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda, the Star Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear and the USAC Mopar National Midget Series.
Also included are eight vouchers for food at IMS and an invitation to the Indianapolis 500 Public Drivers’ Meeting on Saturday, May 28 at IMS. The entire package costs $41, a savings of $17.
The Bryan Clauson Bandwagon Package includes a ticket to Miller Lite Carb Day and a reserved seat ticket to the Hoosier Hundred race for the USAC Traxxas Silver Crown Series at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, both on Friday, May 27. It also includes four IMS food vouchers.
USAC champion Clauson will compete in both the Firestone Freedom 100 and Hoosier Hundred that day.
The first 50 customers who purchase this package also will receive free bus transportation between IMS and the Indiana State Fairgrounds, a pit pass at the Hoosier Hundred and an autograph card signed by Clauson. The entire package costs $48, a savings of $6.
The full package includes a Miller Lite Carb Day ticket, a ticket for the Night before the 500, a reserved seat ticket for the Hoosier Hundred, an invitation to the Indianapolis 500 Public Drivers’ Meeting and eight IMS food vouchers for $66, a savings of $22.

Collectible pins this month at IMS: The popular collectible pin program will continue this year at the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500, providing a free keepsake for fans.

Last Row Party May 27: A new ticket-pricing structure and promise of hilarity will make the 39th annual Last Row Party one of the highlights of the events surrounding the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500.
Following a full schedule of activities at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Miller Lite Carb Day, Friday, May 27, race fans can eat, drink and laugh as three Indianapolis 500 drivers share the hot seat at the Last Row Party, a dinner and roast honoring the drivers starting on the 11th and final row of the “500” starting grid.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course pavilion, located at 4400 W. 16th St., adjacent to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s Turn 2.
Popular Indianapolis radio personality John Michael Vincent, better known as “JMV” on his popular drive-time sports talk show “The Drive,” will serve as emcee. JMV’s show airs on ESPN affiliate 1070 the Fan (1070 AM) weekdays at 3 p.m.
New for 2011: fans can purchase a premium table for 10 for $750 to be closest to “the action,” near the driver tables. Other seating is available for $50 per person or $450 for a table of 10, which includes entertainment, dinner, lemonade and iced tea, and three beer tickets for party goers age 21 and older. A cash bar is also available.

The Last Row Party benefits the Indianapolis Press Club Foundation, which supports journalism students attending colleges and universities in Indiana through thousands of dollars in annual scholarship awards and creative-writing cash prizes.
A highlight of the evening’s festivities is the Press Club Foundation’s silent and live auctions of one-of-a-kind racing and other sports memorabilia, tickets to major sporting events, vacation trips, restaurant gift cards and entertainment gift certificates.

Indy 500 Centennial rifle available: A very limited edition of 100 numbered Indianapolis 500 Centennial rifles is available now from A&A Engraving.
This Henry Big Boy gun is the sister firearm to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Centennial rifle produced to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Both guns are authorized and licensed by IMS.
Images for the engraving will depict various scenes throughout the 100-year history of the race and the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500 official logo.
