New Indianapolis 500 ticket customers can cash in on Danica Patrick's participation in the ARCA Racing Series season opener Saturday, Feb. 6 at Daytona International Speedway.

It's up to Danica how much they cash in.

If popular IZOD IndyCar Series driver Patrick leads many laps, she'll drive big Tower Terrace ticket price reductions for the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 30 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. She is driving the No. 7 Go Daddy machine for Andretti Autosport in "The Greatest Spectacle in Racing."

For instance, if Patrick leads 40 laps, fans will receive a $40 reduction from the regular $90 price of a Tower Terrace ticket purchased between Saturday, Feb. 6 through Saturday Feb. 13. If she leads all 80 laps of the race, fans will receive the $90 ticket for $10!

In honor of Patrick's ground-breaking 19-lap run at the front in the closing laps of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race in 2005, the Speedway will offer at least $19 savings on Tower Terrace tickets for the 2010 Indy 500 purchased during the promotion dates. If Patrick doesn't qualify for the ARCA race or leads 19 or fewer laps in the No. 7 JR Motorsports Chevrolet, the ticket price reduction remains $19.

The promotion is for new purchases of Tower Terrace tickets only. Tower Terrace is located along the Speedway's main straightaway, also providing an excellent view of pit lane.

"What better way is there for us to throw our support behind Danica in her stock car debut than to give our fans another reason to cheer for her?" said Chris Schwartz, IMS vice president of marketing and communications. "We wish Danica the best of luck in Daytona, and look forward to her return to the Greatest Race Course in the World® to prepare for the 2010 Indianapolis 500 on May 30."

Beginning immediately following the ARCA race Feb. 6, fans can purchase the discounted tickets online at www.indianapolismotorspeedway.com. The specially priced seats will be available 24 hours per day until 11:59 p.m. (ET) Saturday, Feb. 13.

The IMS Ticket Office is open in the IMS Administration Building, at the corner of 16th Street and Georgetown Road outside of Turn 1, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Fans can also purchase tickets via phone during ticket office hours by calling (800) 822-INDY.

Patrick's best finish at the Indianapolis 500 is third in 2009. But "Danica Mania" swept the world at the 2005 race when she qualified fourth for the "500," led 19 laps and finished fourth as a rookie. Her qualifying and finishing results were the best for a female driver at Indy at the time, and it marked the first time in "500" history a woman led the race.

Patrick returns for the 17-race, 2010 IZOD IndyCar Series beginning with the season-opening race March 14 at Sao Paulo, Brazil. The first race in the United States is March 28 at St. Petersburg, Fla.
