Why didn't I receive my email for the eTicket / Print at Home tickets I ordered?

eTicket / Print at Home tickets will be available closer to the event weekend. You will receive an email from IMS when your eTicket / Print at Home ticket(s) are ready to access. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the email address you provided. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive the link. You can log in to your online account to verify the provided email address. Also, you can print your tickets directly from your online account.

I can’t view my eTicket / Print at Home tickets. What do I do?

Please check your web browser. If you do not have cookies enabled or your web browser version is outdated, this could affect your ability to view your mobile tickets. You can also try a different web browser. Nearly all issues related to this can be resolved by updating your browser.

Can I print my parking?

Yes, in some cases, parking passes will be printable for the event weekend. Your parking pass can be accessed from your online account.

Infield parking is not eligible for digital delivery.  Indy 500 Race Weekend parking (includes Carb Day) is not eligible for digital delivery.

Do I have to print my eTicket / Print at Home?

If you have a mobile device you can pinch and zoom the barcode when entering the facility and IMS staff can scan the ticket directly from your mobile device. If you are going to do this, please have your barcode ready before approaching the gate. Reflective screen covers may need to be removed. Turn your screen brightness all the way up before approaching the gate.
