Overview

Parking is available throughout many lots located at and around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Available on many different surfaces such as pavement, grass, gravel and dirt, there are plenty of locations to choose from that are near your seating location.

Ticket Office

Parking for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office is located within the Administration Building at 4790 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222, just east of the roundabout at Crawfordsville Road and 16th Street.

Credential Office

Parking for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Credential Office is located within the Administration Building at 4790 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222, just east of the roundabout at Crawfordsville Road and 16th Street.

IMS Museum

Parking for the IMS Museum is located at 4750 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46222, inside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The entrance is located at Gate 2 on the north side of 16th Street.

ADA Parking

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway offers multiple parking lots around the facility to guests with disabilities. In order to park in these areas, please ensure you have an authorized state-issued sticker, placard or license plate along with the person the pass is issued to. Law enforcement officers will be present to ensure that the person the pass is issued to is present in the vehicle.

Arrangements can be made through the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office to accommodate guests who require accessible seating and parking. Tailgating Policies

Grilling is allowed in the parking and tailgating areas on small portable grills. No dumping of charcoal or ashes is allowed.

Portable shelters no larger than 10 feet by 10 feet are allowed in parking and tailgating lots. They must be set up behind the vehicle, not taking another parking spot or hindering vehicle or pedestrian travel areas. Shelters must be secured to the vehicle.

All portable shelters must be put away by the race starting time on Race Day in Lot 1B, Lot 2 and Lot 3G.
