The Lap Prize Sponsorship program is part of the unique lore of the Month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, giving individuals, businesses and other groups the opportunity to show civic pride and become an important part of “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” and Sonsio Grand Prix. Drivers in both races receive bonuses for leading sponsored laps, and lap sponsors receive many perks, including Silver and Bronze Badge access, tickets and recognition in the Official Month of May Program. Two levels of lap sponsorship are available, sole or shared, providing even more opportunity to become involved in this time-honored tradition of May at the Racing Capital of the World.
