Welcome to the Corporate Beverage Department of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Our team is looking forward to providing you with the highest quality customer service and selection you deserve!

Our intention is to make the process of ordering beverages easy and simple. We want your event experience to be successful and enjoyable!

There is nothing that goes with on track action like an ice cold beer, your favorite beverage, and fresh snack items!

Please familiarize yourself with our site as we are sure it will answer many of your questions. IMS is the sole provider of all beverages consumed at the Speedway. No beverages shall be brought into the Hospitality/Suite facility unless obtained through the Corporate Beverage Department.

Bar Packages

During Non-Event time (Event time is considered to be the Indy 500, Brickyard 400, and the MotoGP) we offer Bar Packages to our Hospitality clients for Special Events. Please look at some of our past events in the Pavilion, Museum, and Pagoda.

We offer a Top Shelf Package and Beer, Wine, Soda Package. Before your event we will schedule your bartender(s) (we recommend one bartender per 100-125 guests). All your product and bar will be readied for your event time.

For pricing information please have your guest count; time of day for your event; and location.

After you decide on the type of bar you will provide for your guests, a Customer Billing Form will need to be completed. A requirement on the CBI is a valid credit card on file for payment. Please refer to the Customer Billing Information form for further clarification.
