The 2003 Indianapolis Motor Speedway Visitor's Guide is now available to the public at a variety of locations around the state of Indiana, including the IMS ticket office and Hall of Fame Museum.
Brochures also are available at the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association's VisitIndy store, located in Circle Centre Mall in downtown Indianapolis, and at various visitor's centers and Interstate highway rest areas across Indiana.
The brochure-sized visitor's guide cover features, in front of a black background, the Speedway's famed "Wing and Wheel" logo along with the slogan, "Racing Capital of the World," and the cars of five-time Formula One champion Michael Schumacher, two-time Indy Racing League champion Sam Hornish Jr. and four-time NASCAR Winston Cup Series champ and three-time Brickyard 400 race winner Jeff Gordon.
Inside the brochure, fans and visitors will find important dates for the Speedway's 89th year of motorsports competition, including the schedule for the 87th Indianapolis 500-Mile Race, the 10th running of the Brickyard 400 and the fourth Formula One United States Grand Prix at Indianapolis.

Although the official 87th Indianapolis 500 schedule has not been announced, Opening Day is tentatively scheduled for May 4, Pole Day qualifying is May 10, Bump Day qualifying is May 18, Carburetion Day is May 22 and Race Day is May 25.
The 2003 Brickyard 400 is scheduled for Aug. 1-3 and the U.S. Grand Prix Sept. 26-28. Ticket information for all three events is available by calling (800) 822-INDY, or online for the USGP only via www.imstix.com.
Fans also will find information on the Hall of Fame Museum, the Speedway's championship-caliber Brickyard Crossing Golf Course, and IMS' two Brickyard Authentics locations.
Brickyard Authentics is the Official Retail Store of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, located at the Indianapolis International Airport and in the Circle Centre Mall.
