Representatives from Rev, a Methodist Health Foundation charity event presented by Fifth Third Bank, have released the complete list of chef and Verizon IndyCar driver pairings for the May 2 food event, which will be hosted at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Indianapolis’ top chefs will be on hand to represent establishments from around the city. Notable pairings include Dave Foegley of St. Elmo Steak House, who has been paired with driver Ryan Hunter-Reay, Chris Eley of Goose the Market, who has been paired with driver Sage Karam and Adson Franco of Fogo de Chão, who has been paired with driver Tony Kanaan. The event will also feature celebrity chefs Spike Mendelsohn and Vic Vegas, who have been paired with IndyCar drivers Simon Pagenaud and James Hinchcliffe, respectively. Rev, in its second year, will be an evening of entertainment and fun, featuring celebrity and local chefs creating foods inspired by Verizon IndyCar Series drivers. Funds raised support Indiana University Health statewide trauma programs including medical services for drivers and patrons at the IU Health Emergency Medical Center of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
