Golfers Can 'Pay The Temp' as Brickyard Crossing Opens March 20

The highly acclaimed Brickyard Crossing Golf Course will open for the 2015 season at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 20, and players will receive a fantastic greens fee value through Tuesday, March 31, with the “Pay the Temperature” promotion.

The special pricing is simple: The air temperature at a player’s arrival time is their greens fee. If it’s 60 degrees Fahrenheit, a golfer pays $60. Tee times are available starting at 8 a.m. daily beginning Saturday, March 21. In addition to the “Pay the Temp” promotion, Brickyard Crossing will offer special spring rates of $80 per player from April 1-15.

The greens fee for the 2015 season will remain $100 per player beginning April 16, which includes an E-Z-Go cart equipped with a GPS system.

Tee times can be made by calling 317-492-6417 or online at www.brickyardcrossing.com. Tee times may be made 30 days in advance and must be secured with a major credit card.

Brickyard Crossing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, designed by renowned golf course architect Pete Dye, is a public course available for play seven days per week. It includes four holes inside the world-famous IMS oval and 14 holes adjacent to the backstretch of the racetrack.

The course has earned many honors, including recent designation as one of “2010 Golfweek’s Best Courses You Can Play,” and in 2011 it was named one of Forbes Magazine’s “12 Best Value Golf Courses in U.S.” The course also has been voted as one of America’s top 100 public golf courses by Golf Digest and Golfweek.
