Special Ticket Discounts For 2015 Indy 500 Fans

As a thank you to the greatest race fans in the world, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is offering special pricing for selected days for the 99th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race on Sunday, May 24, 2015.

All ticket reorders for the 2015 Indianapolis 500 must be received no later than Monday, June 9. Fans who reorder their Indianapolis 500 tickets will be eligible for special pricing until Monday, June 9 for next year’s Coors Light Carb Day, Qualification Days, Practice Days and Firestone Legends Day:

Fans renewing their seats for the 2015 Indianapolis 500 may use two ways to order:

1.Visit www.ims.com/tickets, log in to your account, and reorder your tickets online.

2.Mail your 2015 Reorder Form (enclosed with your 2014 tickets) to:

2014 ticket information: Ticket information is available for the remaining events in 2014 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway – the Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational, Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard and Red Bull Indianapolis GP.

Fans can order tickets at www.ims.com/tickets, by calling 800-822-INDY or 317-492-6700 between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday or by visiting the Ticket Office at the IMS Administration Building at the corner of Georgetown Road and 16th Street between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday.

Tickets for groups of 20 or more also are available. Contact the IMS Group Sales Department at (866) 221-8775 for more information.

SVRA Schedules "Open Wheel World Challenge" at IMS in 2017
The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) today announced an expansion of its events with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway through the “The SVRA Open Wheel World Challenge,” for June 8-11, 2017. The event, planned to occur one week prior to the 2017 Brickyard Invitational, is expected to showcase as many as 500 cars. SVRA officials describe it as an homage to the 50th anniversary of Formula Ford racing. In addition to Formula Ford, any open wheel car, including Formula One, Formula 5000, Indy cars, Indy Lights, Formula Vee, and Formula Junior will be invited. Specific race groups will be established that combine cars of similar speed and will focus on rules for Monoposto, FIA, and SCCA race cars.
