Area Kids To Enjoy Easter Egg Hunt March 30 At IMS

Families are invited to enjoy a fun, exciting spring tradition featuring a special appearance by the Easter Bunny and Indianapolis 500 drivers Ed Carpenter and Alex Tagliani at the third annual Indianapolis Motor Speedway Kids Club Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30. Participating youngsters also can enjoy a bounce house, face painters and additional activities.

This free event, the only annual IMS Kids Club event open to the public, will take place from 10 a.m.-noon inside Turn 3 of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The general public will enter IMS through Gate 2 from 16th Street. Parking is free. Children age 12 and younger can participate in the Easter Egg Hunt.

The Easter Egg Hunt will be conducted in age-specific areas with thousands of eggs containing candy available to participants. The event will take place rain or shine and Indianapolis Motor Speedway Kids Club membership information will be available.

The schedule:

10 a.m. – Registration Opens
11 a.m. – Easter Egg Hunt Begins
Noon– Event Concludes
