IMS Online Store Debuts New Look, 15% Discount For Holidays

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Online Store has unveiled a new look that will create an easier, faster shopping experience just in time for the holidays.

To celebrate the launch of the new-look site,, all orders from now until Dec. 25 will receive a 15 percent discount.

The IMS Online Store features a clean, bold layout with easy navigation, with various categories of products from IMS and all three of its annual events - the Indianapolis 500, Allstate 400 at the Brickyard and Red Bull Indianapolis GP. Event product categories include apparel for men, women and children, die-cast, caps, collectibles, glassware, multimedia, lapel pins/key chains, executive gifts and more.

Items featuring the logo of the Speedway's upcoming Centennial Era also are available, as are photos from Speedway events. IndyCar Series merchandise also can be purchased at the store.

A variety of holiday specials also is featured, perfect as gifts or stocking stuffers for all racing fans.

Items can be purchased 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with secure payment via credit card. Customers are encouraged to order soon, with these holiday shipping deadlines to receive items in time for Christmas:

•Friday, Dec. 19: Three-day select

•Monday, Dec. 22: Second-day air

•Tuesday, Dec. 23: Next-day air

The new design is the first of many improvements planned for 2009 at the IMS Online Store. Other features to be launched next year include a rewards program for frequent customers, frequent sales around holidays and special events, additional clearance items and more.
