To help Indianapolis Motor Speedway guests determine the best driving routes to parking locations nearest to their seats, the track has been divided into four color zones. These zones and streets are listed below.
Red Bull Indianapolis GP fans headed to Chicago after today’s big race should be aware that a significant stretch of I-65 North is currently closed. Fans hoping to avoid long delays should take I-74 West and then drive north toward Chicago on State Road 63 or I-57. For the latest traffic information, be sure to check the Indiana Department of Transportation’s @TrafficWise account.
There is a new roundabout located at 16th Street and Crawfordsville Road. Guests cannot access Georgetown Road from 16th Street or Crawfordsville Road because it does not connect to the roundabout. Guests can access Georgetown Road from 25th Street to reach Gate 7. View More Information

Starting at 8 a.m. on Race Day morning, shuttles will transfer fans from 4 different locations around Indianapolis to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Tickets are round-trip and one-way and can be purchased at the departure locations or in advance online.
Along with a daily parking pass for the lot in which you would like to park, each customer must have a state-issued disabled hang tag or license plate on/in their vehicle. The disabled parking areas will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis for those who have the appropriate passes. At the point in which the disabled area is full, all vehicles with daily parking passes will be parked together.
