Thompson is the highest-ranked world player in the tournament, at No. 2 in the Rolex Rankings. Other top-10 players in the tournament include No. 7 Lydia Ko of New Zealand and No. 10 Brooke Henderson of Canada.

Five of the top 10 money winners this season on the LPGA Tour are competing at Brickyard Crossing: No. 3 Thompson, No. 5 Henderson, No. 6 Mi Jung Hur of South Korea, No. 7 Sei Young Kim of South Korea and No. 9 Kerr.

All golfers in the Indy Women in Tech presented by Guggenheim – vying for a winner’s purse of $300,000 – will play on a rerouted version of Brickyard Crossing. Traditional holes 7-10 inside the track will become tournament holes 15-18, with the procession of the remaining holes also changing. The decision to reroute the golf course was done to create a more impactful experience for players, spectators, and television viewers.

Tickets for the event are available at IMS.com. For more information about the tournament and tickets, visit IMS.com or iwitchamp.com
