Legends Day Honoring Mario Andretti presented by Firestone

“Legends Day Honoring Mario Andretti presented by Firestone” on Saturday, May 24 will feature the “Firestone Presents Jason Aldean the Night Before the Indy 500” concert starring country music’s hottest entertainer on the new Turn 4 infield stage at IMS.

The inaugural Legends Day concert will feature Aldean’s high-energy show, and follows a long string of sellouts for the multi-platinum star across the country including some of the nation’s most legendary venues like Madison Square Garden, Wrigley Field, the Hollywood Bowl and two-nights at Fenway Park. The Academy of Country Music Awards nominee and reigning “Male Vocalist of The Year” is hot on the heels of what was a career-defining year, most recently announcing his 2014 “Burn It Down Tour,” which kicked off May 1 in Roanoke, Va.

The concert will begin at 5:30 p.m. (ET) and features up-and-coming country music sensation Tyler Farr, who is an ACM nominee for New Artist of the Year. Recognized by country music fans everywhere for his platinum No. 1 single “Red Neck Crazy,” Farr had the highest debut by a male country artist on the 2013 Billboard Top 200.

Coors Light Carb Day
Sammy Hagar and the Wabos and reggae rock trio Sublime With Rome will headline the Coors Light Carb Day concert on Friday, May 23. The concert is set to deliver an exciting mix of rock, reggae, alternative rock and hip-hop.

Known as The Red Rocker, Hagar is a Grammy Award-winning vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and musician, who in 2007 was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Van Halen. In addition to Sammy Hagar and the Wabos, co-headliners Sublime With Rome will kick the party into high gear delivering their irresistible blend of ska, reggae, punk, surf rock and hip-hop on the new Coors Light Carb Day Stage in Turn 4 of the IMS infield.

The concert, free with Coors Lite Carb Day admission of $30, will start at 3:30 p.m. (ET), and tickets are available at www.ims.com/carbday.

Snake Pit presented by Miller Lite
The final Month of May concert will feature Hardwell, the world’s No. 1 DJ in the 2013 DJ Mag Top-100 poll, who will headline the party in the Snake Pit presented by Miller Lite during the 98th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race on Sunday, May 25.   

Rising star DJs NERVO and Dillon Francis also will perform creating a lineup of world-class DJs expanding on the past success of electronic dance music in the increasingly popular Snake Pit.

Snake Pit music and festivities will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will continue through the end of the race. The Snake Pit, located inside Turn 3 of the massive IMS infield, will also feature the world’s largest inflatable slide, volleyball, corn hole, body painting, food trucks, hula hoops, break dancing and more. LIVE on Saturday, May 17

The incredible Indianapolis 500 Race Weekend music lineup will begin when alternative rock band LIVE performs at 2 p.m. on the Pagoda Plaza Stage during the first day of qualifications for the Indianapolis 500 on Saturday, May 17.

LIVE’s impressive catalog of songs includes seminal tunes and mega hits such as "Lightning Crashes", "I Alone", "All Over You" and "Lakini's Juice,” all becoming pillars of  the 1990’s both musically and culturally. The LIVE concert on Sunday, May 17 is free with paid gate admission.

The 98th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race will take place on Sunday, May 25.
