FAQs

How do I make a reservation?
Easy! Just call your Group Sales Representative at (866) 221-8775. We will be happy to take care of your ticket reservation. Remember, there is no cost to reserve your group tickets.

How and when do I pay?
If you reserved your group in advance, full payment is due 30 days prior to the race for the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400 and Red Bull Indianapolis GP.
 

What do I need when I call?
Simply determine which race(s) your group wants to attend and the approximate number of tickets you think that you will need. Please remember that every person, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket for reserved seats. Children ages 12 and younger are free with General Admission tickets.

Don't know where your group should park on Race Day?
Ask your Group Sales Representative today about how your group can park only minutes away from your seats. Race Day auto parking is only $20, and Race Day bus parking starts at $125.
 

What if I do not need all of the tickets that I have reserved?
Not a problem. You may reserve as many tickets as you think you will need. You may contact your Group Sales Representative to cancel tickets at any time before or when your final payment is due. Once full payment is received, the tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  

Can I get a discount on food?
Brickyard Bucks are available in $10 increments and may be used to purchase any food items at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  Brickyard Bucks are available for a 10% discount for groups of 20 or more and must be purchased prior to your event date.  Contact the Group Sales Department today at (866) 221-8775 or contact us using the below form.
