Carpenter, Mann Visit IMS Kids Club Christmas Event
Carpenter, winner of the 2011 Kentucky Indy 300 and an eight-time Indianapolis 500 starter, announced recently he will drive for his new IndyCar team in 2012, sponsored by Fuzzy's Ultra-Premium Vodka. Carpenter and his daughter, Makenna, had fun at the Kids Club event with Santa Claus and everyone on hand.

New Corvette DPs, Ferraris, Viper To Highlight Two-Day Test
The Corvette DP was unveiled on the eve of the recent November test at Daytona, with the Spirit of Daytona entry turning its first laps with Antonio Garcia and Oliver Gavin at the wheel. Both Garcia and Gavin will return for next week's test in the No. 90, with Action Express Racing and SunTrust Racing expected to debut their new Corvettes. David Donohue and Darren Law are entered in the No. 5 Corvette DP, with Joao Barbosa, Terry Borcheller and JC France in the No. 9. SunTrust regulars Max Angelelli and Ricky Taylor are set to drive the No. 10.

Stewart Oozes Hoosier Pride After Successful Championship Run
When Tony Stewart was growing up in Columbus, Ind., he wanted to be the next A.J. Foyt. Most grassroots racers from the state of Indiana marveled at Foyt's accomplishments as the first four-time winner of the Indianapolis 500 as well as his incredible record of 67 IndyCar wins along with the 1972 Daytona 500 and the 1967 24 Hours of Le Mans.
